We, currently in conjunction with our partners provide equipment and training at multiple levels including but not limited to: TCCC-ASM, TCCC-CLS, TCCC-CMC, Field Blood Transfusion, Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR) and Resuscitative Endovascular Balloon Occlusion of the Aorta (REBOA) for the Ukrainian Defense Forces and civilian medical institutions.
We work closely with military units to help identify and mitigate gaps in the evacuation chain including blood stores and the development of a Blood Far Forward program.

Fiery Otters
An ASM/CLS training group that focuses on improving skills and training in:
Farma
A volunteer project aimed at increasing blood along the frontlines.
Its goal is to create blood transfusion kits both for training and for a “Walking Blood Bank” to procure blood from donors for recipients in the pre-hospital and early hospital stages when stores of pre-prepared Cold-Stored, Low-Titer Group O Whole Blood (CS-LTOWB) is not available, low or depleted.
